When should I arrive for the tour?

To make sure you catch your tour without a hitch, we suggest arriving 45 minutes ahead of your scheduled time. Being prompt helps us kick things off on time for everyone’s enjoyment. Unfortunately, if you’re late and miss the boat, we won’t be able to offer refunds.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

Where is the pickup location?

Our boat launch spot is right at 1 Holomoana Street. If you know the Prince Waikiki Hotel, you’re close! Our slip is just to the West (Ewa) of their valet area. Keep an eye out for our big Pink Sails banner waving in the breeze—it’ll guide you straight to us. And for a detailed map and directions, hop over to our website!

Where do I park?

We’ve got some convenient parking options for you at the harbor! Right next to our boat slips, there are paid parking stalls charging just $1 per hour. If those are full, the Waikiki Prince Hotel has valet parking nearby. Plus, you can park at Chart House or Red Lobster, both a quick 3-minute walk from the dock.

But heads up, during busy times like weekends or holidays, snagging a spot can be a challenge. It’s smart to plan ahead or consider hopping in a taxi or using a rideshare service. Oh, and a friendly reminder: please avoid parking in the yellow spaces to steer clear of any towing troubles. We want your visit to be smooth sailing!

What should we bring?

Don’t forget your sunblock and hat if the sun’s not your best friend. For our snorkeling or swimming tours, a towel will come in handy. Oh, and grab your camera and a card for drinks, souvenirs, and tips – it’s gonna be a blast!

How long is a tour?

Our tours and adventures typically last 1.5 to approximately 2 hours.

What happens if a tour gets canceled due to weather?

Sometimes the weather can be a bit unpredictable, and for the safety and comfort of our guests, we might have to cancel tours. But don’t worry! You’re more than welcome to reschedule your tour whenever suits you best. Just give us a call at (808) 922-7722, and we’ll sort it out for you. If that doesn’t work, no problem at all—you can also get a full refund. We’re here to help!
